How to Cancel Your Fresh Body Fit Mind Subscription


Cancelling your subscription is super easy and only takes 30 seconds.

Where you first signed up determines how and where you need to cancel. Don't worry, it's no sweat if you can't remember, simply follow the steps below and we will have your subscription cancelled before you can do 10 burpees!


Step 1 - Check to see if your subscription is managed by Apple or Google from inside your FBFM app. [30 Seconds]


  1. Open the FBFM app and tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the home screen.
  2. Select "Manage My Subscription"
  3. Choose "App" to access your phone's subscription settings.
  4. Find "FreshBody FitMind" in the list of subscriptions and tap on it.
  5. Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

If you do not see an active subscription in your Apple/Google Play subscription settings, you have signed up originally through the website. Simply follow the steps for cancelling your subscription through the website further down this page in Step 2.


If you can't log in to your app, you'll need to manually check your Apple/Google subscription settings. [30 Seconds]


For Apple Users

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap on your Apple ID name at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap "Subscriptions" (if you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" > your Apple ID > "View Apple ID," then scroll down and tap "Subscriptions").
  4. Find "FreshBody FitMind" in the list of subscriptions and tap on it.
  5. Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

For Android/Google Play Users

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the screen.
  3. Select "Subscriptions" from the menu.
  4. Find "FreshBody FitMind" in the list of subscriptions and tap on it.
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Step 2 - Cancelling via the Website. [30 Seconds]


Easiest done from your laptop or desktop computer:


  1. Log in to www.freshbodyfitmind.com
  2. Click on "My FBFM".
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Tap on the 3 dots, and click cancel.

From your mobile phone:


  1. Log in to www.freshbodyfitmind.com
  2. Wait a few seconds for this page to load:
  3. Click on "My FBFM".
  4. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top right corner.
  5. Tap "Subscriptions"
  6. Tap on the 3 dots, and click cancel.


If you have forgotten you password.

  1. Head to www.freshbodyfitmind.com
  2. Click Log In.
  3. Click Forgot Password.
  4. Enter your email to receive your password reset email.
  5. Don't forget to check your spam or junk folder for the password reset email.
  6. Reset your password.
  7. Follow Step 2 above for cancelling your subscription via the website.


If you have forgotten your username - your username is the email address you signed up with.

  1. Search your emails for 'Welcome to Fresh Body Fit Mind'
  2. Don't forget to check your spam or junk folder.
  3. This welcome email will contain your email/username.

Still can't find your email or username? We've got you.

  1. Simply contact us from our 24/7 chat beacon in the lower right corner of this page or the www.freshbodyfitmind.com home page.
  2. Alternatively, you can send a direct email to support@amandabisk.com and we will help locate your account and cancel it for you.

If you're unable to locate your username, this process of contacting us to find your account can take longer. Rest assured if you contact us prior to your subscription renewal date, and a subscription payment is processed while we locate your account we will happily refund your latest payment.
